Salesforce Leadership Summit at 24NTC

Get more out of your Salesforce investment with this hands-on workshop.

Hosted by Sam Adiv of OpenTent and Sam Dorman of The Build Tank, this event will connect you with other nonprofit leaders who see Salesforce as a strategic effort critical to the success of their mission - and want to help others see it that way too.

For more than 10 years, Sam and Sam and their respective teams have developed models for designing, implementing, and sustaining extraordinary Salesforce systems for extraordinary organizations - like Facing History + Ourselves, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, 350.org, and more. Along the way, they have demonstrated a concrete value proposition for Salesforce - when done well - and helped their clients tell a powerful story about this work to their stakeholders, from staff teams to board members.

In this one-day content-packed workshop, we’ll explore what successful and sustainable Salesforce work looks like, and how to get there. We’ll focus on our "Big 3" strategies: Platform Team Leadership, North Star = User Adoption, and Continuous Investment. Participants will end the day with actionable tools, meaningful connections with peer leaders who are working on similar problems, and a story-driven framework for next steps with their Salesforce work after the conference.

If at random moments in the day you think to yourself: "We're paying so much for our Salesforce, we've had it for so long, and why do I feel like it's still only delivering 10-20% of its potential for my team??" then this is the gathering for you.

This event is for C-Suite level leaders at Salesforce-powered organizations. We are keeping this intentionally intimate and curated. Please email SalesforceSummit@opentent.com to express interest.
